Cathy loves what yoga focuses on: the infinite possibilities for spiritual and physical strength, self transformation, stress & pain relief, and an appreciation for life. Rather than seeing herself as an "edge-pusher", Cathy identifies her approach as one of acceptance and exploration: a search for inner balance and clarity. Her teaching style is her own, and incorporates extensive training and studies from a broad range of yoga disciplines. Cathy's yoga classes will include dynamic vinyasa flow sequences and restorative poses, as well as pranayama (breath work), meditation and Ayurvedic priniciples.
